RECEIVING / WAREHOUSING
The Bravo facility has the ability to receive orders of all sizes, from small UPS and FedEx packages to large 53' trailers and overseas containers. Our warehouse staff is experienced with checking manifests and all related shipping and receiving paperwork. We are also trained to inspect outer packaging and containers while receiving orders as part of our damage prevention program.

The Bravo facility warehouses merchandise for custom designers, furniture manufacturers, road shows and exhibiters, retailer's inventory, and projects for new and remodeled residences.

DELIVERY
Bravo offers a wide variety of delivery options. All of our delivery trucks are equipped with lift-gates.

Premium White Glove: Each order is inspected and deluxed by our company furniture techs. If necessary, items are touched up and minor repairs are made. At the residence, the order is set up and fully assembled by one of our trained delivery teams, and debris is removed.

Standard White Glove: This type of delivery is handled in the exact manner as the Premium White Glove delivery with the exception of the deluxing process. Each order is set up and fully assembled by one of our trained delivery teams. Debris removal is included.

Threshold: The customer's order is left in the original packaging and delivered into the first interior room of the residence.

Curbside: The order is left in the original packaging and placed off the delivery truck at the residence.

Expedited and Hot Shot: This statewide pick up and delivery service is designed to meet stringent time guidelines for our customers. We can help keep your customers satisfied by performing a high priority same day delivery. Same day service is occasionally necessary due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bravo's customer service associates play an integral role in keeping customers informed. We are knowledgeable and efficient with administering our client's service requirements. We are experienced with remote server based inventory / order management software. Bravo has flexible Monday through Saturday delivery schedules for our customers. Appointments are made with three to four hour delivery windows. Delivery teams carry company cell phones for customer courtesy calls.
